Ingredients: 4 carrots, 100 gram white cabbage, ½
english cucumber, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 onion, 2 coves of garlic, 1
tsp sambal, 1 tsp kurkuma, 1 tsp ginger, 150 ml white vinegar, 1 tbsp
sugar, 100 gram bean sprouts, 3 green onions.

Preparation:
Bring the water with some salt to a boil. Clean the carrots and cut them
like thin matches. Shred the white cabbage, Blanch the carrot and
cabbage for about 30 seconds and put in the strainer. Shred the onion
and garlic. Heat the oil in a wok, add the onion, garlic, sambal and
other seasonings. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the vinegar and
sugar, bring to a boil for a bout 2 min. Peel the cucumber and cut in
half, remove the seeds and Cut in small cubes. Cut up the green onions.
Add the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber and green onions to the
vinegar mix. Mix well. Put the lid on the pot and let it cool.
